August 25, 2016…Day 1100

Muscle & Bone

Muscle & Bone

Two lights were used, one was placed on either side of the frame. The light on the left was slightly in front of the model and the light on the right was about even with the model. This was done to create an image that accentuates the mode;’s musculature as well as her ribs.

This is a digital image processed in Lightroom. The contrast and exposure were adjusted and the image was cropped and rendered to a Black & White via a Lightroom’s Black & White sliders.

I’ve been asked if my images are for sale, most are, please ask.

Seeking gallery representation.

Looking Left

Looking Left

I was using this lighting to show a muscular model but still keep the image of the model elegant.

Two lights were used, one was placed on either side of the frame. Both light were slightly in front of the model. This was done to create an image that is almost 3D.

This is a digital image processed in Lightroom. The contrast and exposure were adjusted and the image was cropped and rendered to a Black & White via a Lightroom’s Black & White sliders.

August 23, 2016…Day 1098

Nude

Nude

This image was taken while the model was changing positions. I took this photo because as the model moved you would get the sense of the model’s musculature specifically how her muscles moved under her skin. I added some grain to smooth out the model’s skin texture.

One light was used, it was placed to the left of the frame and just in front of the model.

This is a digital image processed in Lightroom. The contrast and exposure were adjusted and the image was cropped and rendered to Black & White via a Lightroom’s Black & White Sliders.

I’ve been asked if my images are for sale, most are, please ask.

August 22, 2016…Day 1097

Slice of Light

Slice of Light

A thin slice of light is illuminating a portion of the model. Is the light waxing or waning? I added a good amount of grain with the idea of helping obscure a tattoo.

One light was used, it was placed to the left of the frame and just about even with the model.

This is a digital image processed in Lightroom. The contrast and exposure were adjusted and the image was cropped and rendered to Black & White via a Lightroom’s Black & White Sliders.

August 21, 2016…Day 1096

Leaning to the Left

Leaning to the Left

The idea behind this image was to accunate the organic lines of the model. The lighting creates a few triangles and an S curve.

One light was used, it was placed to the left of the frame and slightly in front of the model.

This is a digital image processed in Lightroom. The contrast and exposure were adjusted and the image was cropped and rendered to Black & White via a Lightroom’s Black & White Sliders.

August 18, 2016…Day 1093

Rising Up

Rising Up

I had the model rising to her feet. I added some smoke to add to the atmosphere to the image. I also added some grain to both add to the atmosphere much like the addition of smoke and also help control the contrast.

One light was used, it was placed to the left of the frame.

This is a digital image processed in Lightroom. The contrast and exposure were adjusted and the image was cropped and rendered to Black & White via a Lightroom’s Black & White Sliders.

August 17, 5016…Day 1092

Nude Through a Diffuser

Nude Through a Diffuser

This is another in my experiment. How much can an image be abstracted before it is not recognizable as a person. I used a light diffusion material over my lens. It gave my an interesting halo around the subject however it is quite recognizable.

One light was used, it was placed to the left of the frame.

This is a digital image processed in Lightroom. The contrast and exposure were adjusted and the image was cropped and rendered to Black & White via a Lightroom’s Black & White Sliders.
