Standing Nude

Standing Nude

I love this pose it’s fluid and dynamic.

Two lights were used, one was placed on the left of the frame and one on the right of the frame both about even with the model. This was done to illuminate the model’s Left and right sides and leave the areas facing the camera considerably  darker.

This is a digital image processed in Lightroom. Exposure and brightness were adjusted well as a moderate amount of cropping. The image was converted to monochrome via The Lightroom Black & White sliders.

I’ve been asked if my images are for sale, most are, please ask.

Seeking gallery representation.

The model was wearing a shiny black dress. The idea behind this image was to show the the the draping and texture of the dress while keeping the model’s appearance.

Legs

Legs

This image was created by using a short telephoto lens wide open and defocused to this point. This experiment is an attempt to break down a typical nude into nebulous areas of Black & White while leaving the image recognisable but apart from reality.

One light was used, it was placed to the left  of the frame.

This is a digital image processed in Lightroom. The contrast and exposure were adjusted and the image was rendered to a monochrome via global desaturation.
